Terrace on river Sile

The house is situated along the river Sile. has a large terrace on the roof with a great view on the bend of the river. The project creates a direct access to the terrace from the house. Through careful study of the terrace we tried to exploit this privileged point of view as a quiet and safe place, a bit ‘like a nest. The coating / furniture, consisting of strips of wood, are formed in the space defining movements of the flooring that become tables, chairs, deck-chairs, all without solution of continuity.
